Who we are
This policy covers the mobile game Fruit Bandits (the “game”) and this website. Fruit Bandits is developed by Kyle Underhill (“the developer”, “we”). Questions or requests can be sent through the support form, or by email to support@snapapp.io.
Information stored on your device
The game keeps the following data locally on your device:
- Game progress, such as missions completed, fruit collected, unlocked vehicles and skins, and settings.
- Your in-game coin wallet balance.
- Hashed transaction fulfillment markers: short one-way fingerprints of completed store transactions, used so a purchase is delivered once and not granted twice.
This data is not sent to the developer, and the game has no cloud saves of its own. Deleting the app or clearing its data may erase your local progress. Whether anything can be restored, or remains, can depend on your device and operating-system backups (such as iCloud or Android backup), which the developer does not control.
Purchases
Optional in-game purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). They handle payment and store your transaction data under their own privacy policies. The developer never receives your card or payment details. The platform billing and game-service software built into the game (from Apple and Google) may also process transaction and technical data under those providers' own policies.
Optional leaderboards
If you choose to use leaderboards through Game Center (Apple) or Google Play Games (Google), your platform player profile (such as your player name) and your submitted scores are shared through that service and shown on its leaderboards. No game account is required to play.
Website support form
When you use the support form, we store the email address, subject and message you provide, the website language you were using, and the time of submission, so that we can respond to you. To prevent abuse, we also store a one-way hash of your network address to limit how many messages can be sent from one connection. We do not use this information for marketing.
Hosting and technical logs
This website is hosted by Lovable and its infrastructure providers, which may process your IP address and technical request logs (such as browser type and time of request) to deliver and secure the site.
Language preference
If you pick a website language, it is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
In-game advertising
For its upcoming release, Fruit Bandits is configured to use Google AdMob to show banner advertisements on the home and pause menus, not during gameplay. This in-game advertising is separate from this website.
Advertising is configured for child-directed, non-personalized treatment for every player, including adults and players whose age is unknown, without collecting an age or date of birth. This configuration is staged for the upcoming app release, not an already released version. Technical and ad-related data can still be collected as described below.
Google's Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares information with Google for advertising delivery and measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention and security. This includes your device's IP address (which may be used to infer approximate location), ad and product interactions (such as app launches, taps and ad views), and diagnostic and performance information about the game and SDK. Device and account identifiers may also be collected, depending on the platform, permissions and configuration.
Non-personalized ads can still involve data collection for these purposes. For more information, see Google advertising privacy information and the Google Privacy Policy.
Website advertising and tracking
We have not added advertising, analytics or tracking tools to this website.
Retention and deletion
We keep support messages only as long as needed to handle your request and for related security needs, such as preventing abuse. You can ask us to delete your support messages, or ask about the information we hold about you, by sending a request through the support form. You may also have rights under the law where you live; this policy does not limit them.
Children
The game is designed to be played without sharing personal information with the developer. The support form should be used by a parent or guardian on behalf of a child.
Parents and guardians should supervise optional in-game purchases and support contact for children.
