These terms apply to the Fruit Bandits game and this website, provided by Kyle Underhill. By using them, you agree to these terms and to the terms of the app store you downloaded the game from.
Entertainment only
Fruit Bandits is a game for personal entertainment.
Virtual coins and items
Coins, vehicles and skins are virtual items for use in the game only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money and cannot be transferred or sold. You receive a limited licence to use them in the game, not ownership.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are made through Apple or Google, and refunds are handled by them under their policies. If a purchase fails or is pending, please do not buy it again; contact support.
Local saves
Progress, coins and items are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app, clearing its data, resetting or losing your device may erase your local progress, coins and items. The game has no cloud save of its own. Operating-system backups controlled by Apple or Google may differ, and the developer cannot guarantee recovery.
Permitted use
You may use the game and website for personal, noncommercial purposes. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, cheat in, or misuse the game, its artwork or this website, or interfere with leaderboards.
The game “as is”
We work to keep the game fun and running smoothly, but we provide it as is and may update, change or retire features over time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the game or website.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws where you live.
